Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between CV Folks or Rayasthaila Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate”). By participating in the affiliate marketing program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Enrollment in the Program: a. To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete application through our designated platform. b. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion without providing any reason.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities a. As an Affiliate, you agree to promote the Company’s products and services through approved marketing methods. b. You shall not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. c. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your affiliate account.

3. Commissions and Payment a. For each valid referral sale made through your unique affiliate link, you will be eligible to receive a commission based on the Program terms shared with you by email. b. Commissions will be paid once a month. c. Commissions are paid only for completed and verified referral sale of our services, and we reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions for any reason, including fraudulent activity. d. You are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment details to receive commissions based on the agreed payment method.

4. Intellectual Property a. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products and services. b. You shall not modify or alter any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. c. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of this Agreement.

5. Termination a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. b. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease using any Company trademarks, logos, or promotional materials. c. Termination will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Confidentiality a. During the term of this Agreement and thereafter, you shall not disclose any confidential information received from the Company to any third party. b. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, customer lists, pricing information, marketing strategies, and trade secrets.

7. Limitation of Liability a. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. b. Our total liability under this Agreement, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you during the preceding six months.

8. Modifications a. We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by providing notice to you. b. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may terminate this Agreement.

9. ‘CV Folks’ is trading name which falls under Rayasthaila Consultancy Private Limited. 

10. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance of your application and shall continue until terminated by either party.
