Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and the writing process has started, cancellations are
not permitted. If you wish to cancel before any work begins, you may contact us at
contact@cvfolks.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order.
2. Refund Policy
We follow a strict no refund policy once services are initiated, as our work involves
customized and personalized writing.
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
● If we fail to deliver the service within the committed timeline and no
communication or valid reason is provided from our end.
● If your payment was charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

In such cases, a full or partial refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
● Change of mind or dissatisfaction with writing style after draft delivery
(revisions are provided instead).
● Delays caused by incomplete information or non-responsiveness from the
client.
● Job rejections or employment outcomes.

● Date of purchase
● Reason for refund request
